ABOUT US?

We are a church that yearns to glorify God as we equip each believer to fulfill the Great Commission. Our desire is to be a church that knows how to love and unconditionally accept all people as we make known the gospel of Jesus Christ. We want to be a church that loves with the love of Christ, no matter how difficult it may be. Our services are every Sunday at 3:00 pm and Wednesdays at 6:30 pm. We welcome everyone with open arms.

SINCE THE BEGINNING, WE SAID:

"IF GOD IS IN THIS, WE HAVE TO DEMONSTRATE IT BY LOVING ONE ANOTHER."

THIS HAS BEEN OUR MOTTO SINCE DAY ONE AND WILL CONTINUE TO BE ONE OF OUR FUNDAMENTAL VALUES. During our short existence, we have been committed to personal discipleship, we created a great program for children. We also have an excellent discipleship program for men and women.

LEO CASTRO

LEAD PASTOR

Leo was born and raised in Santiago, Chile. While in Chile, Leo was the president of the Interact group in his city, a group derived from the International Rotary Club for young people. In July 1982 he moved to the United States of America. In 1985 he met Alvina, who has been his wife for the past 30 years. Since Leo moved to Reno, he has been part of the creation of 3 different churches. Leo also works for the Nevada Baptist Convention as a Regional Mission Strategist in northern Nevada and for the entire state helping Hispanic church planters. Leo held different positions in corporate America for 15 years. He developed his career in Logistics Planning, Manufacturing, Production and finished his corporate career as Operations Director in 2001. Leo graduated from Trinity College Ministries in San Jose, California, with a degree in Theology and Counseling in 1992 and received his ordination as Minister from the same institution where he graduated from. Leo has lived in southern Reno since May 2001 with his wife Alvina and their two children: Leonard and Jordan. He is currently the founder and senior pastor of Eternity Christian Center ~ he is also the published author of the book Apokalypsis, the Best is Yet to Come.
